<p>此外，近日在社群平台小紅書分享延緩衰老的方法，她說自己每天會吃5到6個百香果，裡面含大量的維他命ｃ和胡蘿蔔素，主要是抗自由基，能幫助延緩衰老，也可幫助治療便秘，對喉嚨痛還有很好的緩和作用。還特別說，「生活中最重要的保養品就是百香果」，因為自己容易著急上火，百香果可以幫助降火。</p>
