<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">而大腸、肝連、嘴巴肉等切料，也要弄得相當軟嫩，入口好味，</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">其中，肝</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">連要能好吃，不會咬不動，店家可真是要費一番工夫。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">遼寧街夜市裡黑白切，就能符合這些要求，滿足了許多人口腹，</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">每次來，都點上米粉湯、乾米苔目，搭配大腸、肝連、油豆腐，</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">米粉湯幾許油蔥酥、芹菜末，讓清爽的湯頭更加鮮活，好吃啊！</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">乾米苔目用肉燥、蔥花、豆芽菜及醬油膏一起攪拌，鹹香好味，</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">油豆腐沒有油耗味，店家瀝去了湯水，吃起來仍有豆腐好味道，</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">肝連、大腸料理很好，軟嫩Q滑，些許薑絲，讓滋味更有層次，</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">老闆娘當廚數十載，佝僂身軀，依然硬朗，手底功夫毫不含糊！</span></p>
