										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">幾天前我國外貿協會董事長黃志芳先生請吃飯，在國貿大樓34樓，有一道菜上來後，黃董事長特地取手機拍照⋯。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">我很納悶，黃志芳先生當過我國外交部長，這國貿大樓歸他管，有哪道菜他沒見過？</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">我將菜單拍照留存，回家上google 查了一下，才知道世貿34樓餐廳大整修、大改組，不久前由漢來集團標下，成為「世貿名人坊」。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">繼續翻下去，才知這名人坊現在由香港米其林一星主廚「富哥」鄭錦富主持，當天的那道名菜是最近主攻頭盤菜「天麻藥膳燉鱸鰻」。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">這是當天熱菜的第一道，服務員端上來，先給當天董事會議主持人楊蔚萌看過後，黃志芳示意讓每個人都看一下，最後由他再看一次。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">估計黃志芳先生也是第一次看到這道菜，他還特地取出手機拍照，惹得一旁楊慧玲董事長莞爾⋯。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">這鱸鰻又肥又壯，估計是「隔冬」（一年以上）的「大流珉」，每人分到一碗。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">這個淡水鰻魚白肉外翻、細緻鮮嫩；不是入口即化，是軟中帶Q，還有幾根刺，食用要小心，但湯汁由多種中藥材摻和，奇香無比，回味無窮⋯。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">名人坊的粵菜名不虛傳，在開會時上的涼菜，包括潮式滷水鵝、口水雞拼盤、豆腐鍋…即非常討喜。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">接下來的廣式片鴨、龍蝦球、雪花牛、冰花銀杏燉梨，都讓人印象深刻。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">很感謝黃董事長、楊董事長們，我們又上了非常寶貴的美食一課。</span></p>
