<div dir="auto">早餐: 一碗小麥胚芽加一瓢乳清蛋白，500CC豆漿沖開，微波加溫。<wbr />四天2公升豆漿或三天1公升保鮮牛乳是正常消耗。</div>

<div dir="auto">午餐: 一碗雜糧米飯，半鍋滷肉、豆干也夠混一星期。沒青菜？葉菜不好保存？就來燙它一碟山茼蒿吧，不然，大花咸豐草嫩葉也行，不嫌煩的話，<wbr />地瓜葉子、蘿蔔秧子儘有。自已種的常不搭不七，<wbr />得感謝還有老天恩賜的野菜搪荒。</div>

<div dir="auto">晚餐: 買便當時帶上的自助湯拿來煮關廟麵，打兩個蛋，<wbr />自已種的刀豆和雙溪出名的黑毛豬肉是一定要的啦。</div>

<div dir="auto">落雨天，難得三餐都開火調理。不然，烤兩片土司配冰豆漿，<wbr />煮一碗白麵加泡麵，也是一餐。<wbr />反正我是做愛做的事比做愛吃的事興趣些。老鄉們有說:「<wbr />舒服不過躺著，好吃不過餃子」─想起來我冰箱裡的餃子、鍋貼、<wbr />米血糕…半隻燻雞，都又存糧好久了。</div>
