<p>【怡主兒小廚房】冬天似乎真的來到！這時特別想嚐點兒甜食。怡主兒下廚做了紅豆栗子酒釀羊羹－紅豆補血，酒釀活血，豐肌美膚，溫暖手足，讓花容不因天寒而失色。</p>

玲瓏骰子安紅豆，入骨相思知不知。<br />
紅豆既是相思豆，怡主兒就為這道點心賜名“相思點點”吧！市面上的羊羹多半甜膩，自家做的可酌量減糖～甜，適可而止便好，就和相思一樣。</p>

The low temperature makes me want to eat something sweet. I made Adzuki Bean Yokan (Red Bean and Fermented Rice Jelly). These can help tonifying blood and promoting blood circulation. No more cold hands and feet in the winter.<br />
In Chinese literature, red beans are called &#8221; Love Seeds&#8221;, poets use it to describe yearning between lovers~ a little tipsy, a little sweet&#8230; that&#8217;s how my red bean Yokan tastes, just like love sickness.<br />
