										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>好友在Joyce East設宴，這是第二次到店家用餐了，<br />
店家的餐點還保有一定水準，外場服務也蠻周到，<br />
不過，有些餐點不夠仔細，吃起來已遠不及上次，<br />
以燻鮭魚沙拉來說，鮭魚肉偏硬，有如過老培根，<br />
其實，鮭魚外皮可以燻炙，但魚肉仍宜保有滑嫩，<br />
如此搭配沙拉，才能凸顯菜葉鮮嫩，取得和諧啊，</p>

<p>
其次是西班牙豬肉，醬汁偏酸鹹，未能襯托豬肉，<br />
豬肉用的是一般西班牙豬，而非較高級伊比利豬，<br />
這跟成本考量有關，西班牙豬肉也不錯，可以吃，<br />
然而，豬肉入口不夠嫩，關鍵卻是火候是否到味，<br />
再者義大利麵，由於列為前菜，份量就少了很多，<br />
這道菜屬於桌邊服務，現場用半圓起司調製麵點，<br />
問題是，起司未能融入麵條，麵是麵，醬是醬了，<br />
至於麵包，店家有點輕忽，麵皮較硬，內裡偏乾，<br />
吃了幾口，有點衝動想去隔壁的吳寶春店找麵包，<br />
當然，店家餐點仍可一嚐，像白蘆筍、鵪鶉好吃，<br />
收尾的甜點舒芙蕾也是一絕，入口綿密，確實讚，<br />
餐廳最難之處，就在於維持二字，真是疏忽不得！</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">近日經過馬祖麵店 (現名為四鄉五島)，入內想喚醒腦海中的記憶，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">點了麻醬麵、黑麻醬麵、餛飩湯、魚丸湯、燙青菜、滷味拼盤等，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">全部嚐過，總覺得跟過去記憶大不同，腦海中的老味道不復再現，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">只有福州魚丸湯喝起來夠味，尤其是手打的魚丸，更是值得一嚐，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">滷味拼盤有花干、花生、大腸，滷的都很入味，也比往昔清淡些，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">燙青菜更是普普，青菜燙熟，淋上豬油醬油，簡單些，卻不好吃，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">餛飩湯是店家招牌，但餛飩一入口，就感受到肉餡沒有過往綿密，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">至於麻醬麵，以往是白芝麻醬，現在多了黑芝麻醬，醬香淡了些，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">三十五年前在附近報館工作，店家麵點、滷味，填飽了轆轆飢腸，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">經常，晚餐吃碗麻醬麵就進辦公室，下班了再來碗餛飩湯當夜宵，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">這些味道，不僅在腸胃中打轉，更成為腦海中無法磨滅的記憶啊，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">工作轉換後，雖來過店家幾次，回味老味道，但這次卻感受不到！</span></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">天冷吃火鍋最棒了，食材爆炒、湯頭鮮美的石頭火鍋可是上選，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">記得民國六十年代，石頭火鍋在台北街頭開始崛起，一時盛行，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">石頭火鍋有高級的韓式，也有平價的台式自助火鍋，各擅勝場，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">當時，學生身上沒幾個錢，好友正好湊在一起，常想打打牙祭，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">自助火鍋所費不多，有錢多吃肉，沒錢就喝湯，一樣填飽肚子，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">曾德、小紅莓、松江等自助石頭火鍋，便是學生們聚餐的地方，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">石頭火鍋起鍋時，以麻油爆炒肉片、魷魚乾、高麗菜、蔥薑蒜，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">香味從鍋內飄起後，肉片先起鍋，再注入高湯，食材一起煨煮，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">待火鍋滾好，喝口湯暖暖胃，肉片放回鍋內，湯汁變得更濃郁，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">火鍋食材頗多，價錢公道，每回吃鍋，連吃個十數盤才覺過癮，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">近日天冷，走訪松江火鍋城，味道依舊，暖了腸胃，勾起思緒，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">石頭火鍋現已非主流，客層結構也變化，學生少矣，上班族多，</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">不過，石頭火鍋那一鍋兩吃，湯頭香濃，仍是讓人難忘其味啊！</span></p>
