這趟羅馬之旅有個戲劇性的收尾。航班三個發電機壞了兩個,靠著僅剩的一架發電機飛到半途…除了一路延遲折騰的疲累,想到這趟飛行的危險,現在還後怕!朋友們都提醒我該煮碗豬腳麵線壓壓驚,去去霉氣。
台灣有吃豬腳麵線去霉氣一說,美國人不吃豬腳,館子裡沒有現成的可買,那就一大早上菜場買材料自己做唄!燉得酥爛的豬腳配上棉軟的麵線..口感這麼柔滑,心情也被撫得順溜。
你問為什麼豬腳麵線去霉氣?據說是要把煩心事踢得遠遠的!吃腿補腿,本宮吃完這一鍋麵線,也有力氣來「參一腿!」

Friends suggest me to eat a bowl of Pork Hock Vermicelli. It’s a Taiwanese tradition that pork hock can “kick” the bad luck away. I don’t see any restaurant here serving this so I made it myself. I guess with the power I got from the pork hock, I can kick all these distractions to the land of nowhere!
