怡主兒小厨房:新鮮海味瓠瓜盅

朋友送來幾條瓠瓜,趁新鮮做了海味瓠瓜盅,融合瓜的清甜,魚漿、蝦肉和蟹腿肉的鮮美,翠綠襯著淺紅,令人食慾大開!

怡主兒每到夏天最易中暑,這降火去燥的海味瓠瓜盅消暑降火,去濕解毒,美食兼養生啊!

🌼Scarlett’s Homemade Kitchen🌼 My friend gave me some fresh gourds, so I stuffed it with ground shrimp, crabmeat and fish cake. It looks delicious and stimulate my appetite. Gourd is a perfect summer food. It calms our systems and provide all the nutrition we need for the hot weather. I recommend you to cook them more in this season.
