【怡主兒小廚房】本小主平時不愛吃甜食,尤其美國的點心普遍太甜,因此嘴饞的時候自己就自己動手吧!今天做了「驢打滾」。有機糯米粉用牛奶調勻上鍋蒸,再卷上紅豆沙,最後裹上綠茶粉~傳統的驢打滾外頭粘的是黃豆麵,彷彿小毛驢在黃土裡撒歡打滾,不過小主決定帶我的驢兒到青草地溪水旁放飛自我😄😄多了茶香與甜味中和,口感更豐富,很有初秋的味道!不管當下午茶點或早餐都挺不錯的!
🌼Scarlett’s Homemade Kitchen🌼 Today I made a Beijing snack called “Rolling Dunkey”. The reason of tge name is because traditionally it is covered with fried soy bean powderwhich makes it look like dunkey rolling in the dust. However I don’t have bean powder at home so I substituted it with green tea powder… well, I guess sometimes dounkey would be happy to play in the meadow, don’t you think so?
