【怡主兒小廚房】週末了,又逢穀雨節氣,春夏之交,氣溫回升,消化器官開始旺盛,正是補養的好時候,為活躍的夏日打好元氣的基礎。
因此今晚做了日式牛丼。記得以前每次出任務到日本,一下飛機就想吃一碗熱騰騰,香噴噴的牛丼,鮮美的湯汁裡,混合著滿滿的洋蔥和柴魚香,滑嫩蛋汁裹著的牛肉滑潤肥美,再配點兒酸酸甜甜的醃漬生薑…可以將一大碗飯吃光光,自然能恢復體力,精神百倍!
即將迎來一個熱鬧忙碌的夏天,就從這碗牛丼開始吧!

I made Japanese Style Beef Bowl for dinner. I remember when I worked as a flight attendant, every time when I finished my duty and arrived at the airport in Japan, I liked to have a bowl of beef rice. It’s so delicious, I could have all of it! It made me
happy and refreshed right away.
