回美後的第一個週一,忙著處理各種瑣事。這熱浪真是跟著本小主到處跑,今天洛杉磯有33°C,在外奔波有些吃力。
擺駕回宮後烤了羊排佐蘆筍,以酒醋、蜂蜜、芥末籽、迷迭香等調味後進烤箱。這兒的羊排品質好,肉質鮮嫩又不膻,既省時簡便又有營養。許多人以為羊肉要冬天吃,其實不然,夏天是人體消耗最大的時候,適當吃點羊肉可以益氣補虛呢!
