承蒙朋友們的照顧,每次出門都有好口福。有些新奇的菜色也是這樣學的,複製品嚐過的好味道,也讓美麗的記憶延續不絕。
這兩天洛杉磯很熱,就來試試這次學的「乾隆白菜」—有人誇這是天底下最好吃的白菜,既然咱乾隆爺愛吃,怡主兒必須學會。其實很簡單,手撕白菜嫩葉,用老陳醋、蜂蜜、芝麻醬、糖以3:1:1:0.3的比例調拌,醬汁稠密溫潤,均勻地掛在白菜上。冷藏半小時左右,灑點兒黑芝麻~ 白菜清涼爽脆,酸香開胃,做法簡單滋味卻不簡單,怪不得上獲皇帝歡心,下得眾人喜愛!

Today I tried to make Qian Long Cabbage. People call it the most delicious cabbage on earth. It’s one of the favorite dishes of Emperor Qian Long. It’s actually very easy to make. just mix mature vinegar, honey, sesame butter and sugar in 3:1:1:0.3, pour the space on the cabbage and keep it cold. It’s perfect for a hot day!
