【怡主儿小厨房】這幾天怡主兒的胃一直不太舒服,趁著假期前夕在家休養,用小米和大米混合了,熬成養胃粥。待到粥熟後稍稍冷却沈澱,最上層浮有細膩的「粥油」,能保護胃黏膜,補益脾胃。另燒了容易消化又營養的海參,在食慾欠佳時補充一點兒沒有負擔的能量。
🌼Scarlett’s Homemade Kitchen🌼 My stomach has been sick since returning from my trip. So I take today off and rest at home, made myself some rice and millet porridge. These are great for stomach, especially the “oil” on top of the porridge.
I also braised some sea cucumbers, which is also used in traditional Chinese medicine, where it’s believed to have healing properties and used to treat ailments like arthritis, cancer, frequent urination and impotence.
