每一趟旅行,都是怡主兒學做美食的靈感來源。這次在台北吃了幾次牛肉麵,感覺意猶未盡,不免手癢想要挑戰一番!半筋半肉,加上番茄、白蘿蔔,用蘋果酒精燉廿四小時,一掀鍋,滿屋都是溫暖誘人的香氣。加上自己炒的酸菜,旅途後停工的胃口頓時活躍起來!

🌼Scarlett’s Homemade Kitchen🌼 One of the best food we had in Taiwan is Braised Beef Noodle Soup. Every trip is an inspiration of Scarlett’s homemade Kitchen. So I made my version at home. Half tendon half meat cooked 24 hours with tomato and radish in apple ale, soy sauce, herbs and cane sugar. It smells so good and tastes really really nice.
Now, how much do you think this noodle bowel can ask for? haha!
