怡主兒小廚房:沛泉精華羊小排

【怡主兒小廚房】連續幾年山林大火,使洛杉磯民眾對聖塔安那風特別警惕,電力公司還早早發了停電通知。於是本宮將門窗緊閉,哪兒也不去,在家寫功課、做菜。

冰箱裡取出Trader Joe’s 的羊小排,才發現家裡沒有酸奶或紅酒做去腥的醃料。不想出門,只好動動腦筋…一包沛泉精華不是相當於186瓶紅酒嗎?天然水果精華用來醃肉應該不會錯!於是我用沛泉、蜂蜜、第戎芥末、蒜泥、酒醋和一點老乾媽,烤箱425 °F烤25分鐘…烤出來的肉質超級軟嫩不油膩,不帶絲毫腥羶!

搭配迷你彩虹胡蘿蔔和青花菜苗,色香味俱全的晚餐就完成啦!

嘿嘿!試驗成功,怡主兒心裡頗為得意。我就說聖塔安那風會帶來出其不意的驚喜。最終大風也失約沒來騷擾,想必今晚很多人可以和我一樣,吃一頓安心的晚餐!

🌼Scarlett’s Homemade Kitchen🌼The weather forcast made this Santa Ana wind sound horrible. Many cities are expecting safty power shutoff. So I work and cook in house all day, tried not to step out of the house.

I have some lamb rack from Trader Joe’s in the frige, but I run out of wine for marinating.

I pour one pack of Reserve in the bag instead since it is made of natural fruits and is equivalent to 186 bottles of wine. I think it will work well with dijon mustard, honey, garlic, vinegar, and a little bit of Lao Gan Ma hot sauce.

After 25 minutes in the oven, the lamb tasted more tender! Not greasy norsheep smell at all!
What an exciting find! I am so proud of myself!
