【怡主兒小廚房】弟弟和妻子回家小住,做姊姊的不免要認真燒幾道菜。這道「藕粉桂糖糕」因為太費工,所以值得用大一點兒的篇幅介紹~
這道粉潤清甜的「藕粉桂糖糕」不僅在《紅樓夢》裡出現在史太君二宴大觀園的筵席上,也出現在《如懿傳》皇上的御膳中,因此「怡主兒小廚房」今天可真是名符其實啦!
蓮藕補氣清涼,很適合在乾燥的冬季食用。桂花是院裡採的,就地取材,一面料理,一面花氣襲人,儘管製作過程挺費事兒,卻也覺得享受。
🌼Scarlett’s Kitchen🌼 Phillip and his wife stay home for as week. As their big sister, I have to make some decent homemake cooking for them. As a dessert, I made Lotus Root Stuffed with Sticky Rice. This is a royal cuisine served in the palace, and it’s popular among the people. The ingredients are simple but it takes a lot of work to stuff the rice into the holes. After several hours of cooking, I polished it with syrup made of honey and osmanthus from my garden. It looks delicious and smells beautifully! I hope they will enjoy the dish with lots of love!
