【怡主兒小廚房】「立夏栽茄子,立秋吃茄子」朋友給我看他家裡新收成的秋茄,飽滿圓潤,煞是可愛!這才想到本小主很少買茄子!於是今天做了一道魚香茄盒。
茄子先切幾段,然後每段切二刀,不要切斷,中間夾上調好的肉餡,用澱粉稍微封一下,在油鍋裡煎使茄子定型,表面帶些焦邊即可。
另用一鍋熱油爆蔥姜蒜末,加入魚香調料。將煎好的茄盒入鍋,加水沒過茄盒,燒至湯汁濃稠,茄盒入味即可。夾了肉餡兒的茄盒外酥裡嫩,魚香汁酸甜香濃,色澤誘人。秋茄不僅除燥降火,對胃好,對心血管也好,是癌症殺手,還能抗衰老,物美價廉,真是寶貝!

So today I made Sichuan Eggplant Stir Fried- Crispy eggplant covered in a sticky sweet, sour, savory and slightly spicy sauce. A signature Sichuan dish that turns eggplant haters into eggplant lovers.
Eggplant is good anti aging as well as anti cancer food, also good for cardiovascular diseases. I guess I should bring it on my dinner table more often.
