主兒今天做的是高蛋白低脂肪的焗烤龍蝦,香煎干貝配墨魚汁義大利麵。龍蝦料理起來並不難,而且它比其他蝦類含有更多的鐵、鈣和胡蘿蔔素,所以龍蝦甲殼比其他蝦殼更紅,搭配綠色蔬菜十分喜慶,是色香味與營養兼備的聖誕餐!

🌼Scarlett’s Kitchen🌼 This morning we had some rain. Although it doesn’t snow in Los Angeles, the cold rain adds some poetic and pictorial splendor to the Christmas morning. I made lunch leisurely at home, the delicious smell of the food warmed me from the bottom of my heart.
Today I made high protein, low fat meal: Grilled Lobster Tail, Seared Scallops and Squid Ink Pasta. Lobster is very easy to cook. It’s an excellent source of protein, copper, selenium, and vitamin B12. There are more iron, calcium and β-Carotene in lobster shells, so they turn out to be more vivid red than other shell fishes. Which make them look great with all the Christmas decoration. It’s a perfect meal for a beautiful occasion like this.
