【怡主兒小廚房】冬天似乎真的來到!這時特別想嚐點兒甜食。怡主兒下廚做了紅豆栗子酒釀羊羹-紅豆補血,酒釀活血,豐肌美膚,溫暖手足,讓花容不因天寒而失色。

紅豆既是相思豆,怡主兒就為這道點心賜名“相思點點”吧!市面上的羊羹多半甜膩,自家做的可酌量減糖~甜,適可而止便好,就和相思一樣。

In Chinese literature, red beans are called ” Love Seeds”, poets use it to describe yearning between lovers~ a little tipsy, a little sweet… that’s how my red bean Yokan tastes, just like love sickness.
