Sometimes cooking method can help a little. For example, the Japanese Style Pork Cutlet with Pumpkin Curry. I stir fried the bread crumbs and baked them in the oven instead of deep fry them like the common way. This made them less greasy, more crispy even when they are cold!
Curry mix with yellow/ green veggies are protection of eyesight and aiding diagestion, it also offer brain health benefits. What a perfect dish for dinner!
